Returns & Refunds Policy
All Products
All creative products and bags are manufactured on pre-order sales to eliminate the possibility of stock shortages.
Once an order is received via email, an invoice will be sent upon which payment is due.
Once the product is complete, it will be shipped to your preferred address via The Courier Guy PUDO.
Shipping is for your account, therefore the method and urgency of your order needs to be clearly stated in your order request. This will allow us to give you the best service and shipping rates.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email within 12 hours of your order. This will be within the allotted time-frame of our preparation and costing framework, thus allowing you to cancel before any payment has been made.

Should you pay and then cancel once the order has been fulfilled, prior to shipment, you will be liable for 50% of the costs. We will reimburse you the balance (50%) no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the order cancellation.
Zero return or exchange on worn/washed items.
Our items undergo a double Quality Control Process therefore no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please reach out to us about any issues by email: debbie@tasker-norton.com
Should there be a defect due to workmanship that we agree on, within the first 24 hours of the product been delivered to you, we will gladly repair the product at no cost. It is your responsibility to have the product returned to us and collected post repair.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
The Courier Guy PUDO, Bothas Hill Spar, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
You are also responsible for the cost and risk of the goods returning back to you.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
If you are exchanging any product from our store for another product from our store, you are responsible for the return cost of the exchanged product, including any balance due should the exchanged product be of higher value.
